Don’t say we’re not fast on our news uptake.

Was pondering whether this was worth posting after 10am given that this probably isn’t news to anyone by now, but I decided it would remiss not to.

In case you just woke up, or your whole Internet is broken and the only site you can access is whothehell.net, below is the line-up of unknown, up-and-coming acts for a new boutique festival called Splendour In The Grass.

safe international selection. forget the chatter about how many bands have played here before etc this festival has never being cutting edge. the local acts should be interesting and it’s nice to see Violent Soho on the bill – hopefully they get a good slot as they are the real deal live.

Don’t know if you haven’t heard of splendour before but have never been able to get tickets for the past 5 years or so now, its not new. It’s been going for years but this year is the first year away from the byron bay location. This year its at woodford. Double the amount of tickets still didn’t stop a 30,000 venue selling out after 5 hours.
Just thought i’d let you know.
