Lisa Mitchell – ‘Neopolitan Dreams’ (mp3)

Listen to

I think I mentioned here before that I don’t really watch TV that much and definitely not Australian Idol, so I don’t really know the background story to Lisa Mitchell reality tv exposure. Nevertheless this cute pop song, complete with glockenspiel undertone, sounds like a promising start for a 17 year old teenager having a go at a music career.

Well fancy that… this song is being used by 3 Mobile in their latest TV ads.

This song grows on me. It’s heart-wrenchingly cute.

a fantastic song from a fantastic girl, its fantasy at its best, shes like the fairy that lives at the bottom of your garden, mystical-with a voice that echoes in your head hours after you hear. hauntingly beautiful, esquisitely created video, i do love you lisa, haunt me again and again!

I think she is great! What a cute happy go lucky song. It’s hard not to like it. She was underrated in Idol and if Telstra liked her style that just goes to show they were wrong. Besides how could you not love her : )
